Up to a depth of 600mm, our scanning machines are capable of detecting and imaging post-tension, reinforcement, metal pipes and live electric services inside concrete structures such as slabs, walls, columns, beams, etc. We are using the best available machines in the Industry to assure maximum accuracy and minimum tolerance.
We are capable of making circular openings on concrete, masonry, and metal structures from a diameter of 12mm to 500mm precisely and any bigger diameter requirements by a series of single cores through a perimeter called stitch coring. Coring can be done at any angle even inverted and up to a depth of 8m. The purpose of these cores is for MEP, Structural Injection, etc.
We can cut concrete, asphalt, masonry and metal structures using a wide range of cutting machines that use diamond-tipped blades and wire. Machines are handheld, walk behind and remote-controlled to suit the site conditions and assure the safest operation. Cutting can be done in any shape and size as per the requirement. The purpose of these is to provide openings on concrete slabs or walls, cutting asphalt edges, crack control cuts, and heavy concrete structures such as bridges, columns, beams, etc.
Any size of concrete, buildings can be demolished using a wide range of demolition equipment such as electric breakers, pneumatic breakers, robotic breakers and rock breakers. The demolition equipment will be selected suitable to site conditions to assure cost-effectiveness without compromising safety. Any building up to 21M high can be demolished from ground level and taller can be demolished by providing a temporary ramp.
We can install all kinds of mechanical and chemical anchors for structural expansion, heavy lifting, etc. We use the approved chemicals as per the software calculation and MSDS instructions, under supervision, and the applicators are well-experienced.
Installed anchors/dowels can be tested using the pull-out test equipment to assure the required force is achieved. Random pull-out tests are proposed prior to any kind of heavy lifting using anchors for the safest operation.
Concrete or masonry walls or floors can be chased for any kind of concealed services requirement such as electrical or mechanical. Our machines can do the job safely and dust-free as per the required width and depth.
Using our wide range of scarifying machines, we are capable of reducing the level of overlaid or uneven concrete as per the required level. Grinding machines can leave the floor smooth to receive the surface coating or finishing.
Our team is capable of applying the coatings and levelling compounds to any floors such as car parks, foot paths, kerbs etc for the required colour and texture.
Deeper cracks in concrete can be fixed using the chemical injection method to restore structural integrity. The approved chemical will be used under the supervision of experienced trained staff. Dynamic Power keeps a checklist for each step to assure the accurate application for the best result.
Using our experiences in lifting and rigging, we are capable of dismantling concrete and steel structures of any size and shape. We use a sufficient capacity crane and mobile elevated working platforms operated by well-experienced and competent operators under direct supervision. Only Third Party Certified Lifting gears will be used under direct supervision to assure the safety of manpower and assets.
We are capable of providing false works/propping works related to the concrete cutting/demolition requirements. Our Lifting/Structural Engineering team can provide detailed design drawings, supply and erection propping materials sufficient to support any structures temporarily for cutting/demolition works. The advantage of our propping system is that the design is according to the cut plan to avoid any kind of damage during demolition activities to reduce materials wastage to optimize the cost.
Our lifting team is capable of lifting any structures from 50 kg to 150 tons using different lifting equipment such as chain blocks, Lifting frames, Gantry Cranes, Spider cranes and Heavy lifting equipment-Mobile and Crawler Cranes. A team of experienced Riggers, Banksmen and Lifting Supervisor assures the activity is safest always.
Demolished concrete sections or debris can be loaded and transported to a legal dumping area using our heavy demolition/loading/transporting equipment.
Our soil boring team can provide boreholes on any kind of soil whether it’s sandy, soft, hard or rocky as per the requirement. We provide protection for the boreholes using perforated pipes as required. The machine is capable of doing boreholes up to 100mm dia.
